By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) which govern your use of the Site and any related services. If you do not agree with any part of these T&C please do not use the Site.

The content on this Site is provided for general informational purposes relating to our campaign and does not constitute legal advice. You should seek professional legal counsel with respect to your individual circumstances.

3. Eligibility & Participation
By participating in any interactive features of the Site including submitting comments, stories, kids’ drawings or pledges you represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and competent to enter into these terms. You agree to participate in a civil respectful manner consistent with our mission of transparency and ethical engagement.

4. User-Generated Content & Submissions
When you submit any content—such as kids’ artwork, personal stories or a voter pledge—you grant us a non-exclusive worldwide royalty-free perpetual licence to use copy modify publish transmit display and distribute that content on the Site and in campaign materials. You also represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the content that it does not infringe any rights of third parties and you have obtained any necessary permissions (including from minors’ parents or guardians as applicable). We reserve the right to remove or refuse to publish any submitted content at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including text graphics images logos campaign slogans and software—is our property or used with permission and is protected by copyright trademark and other proprietary rights. You may view download or print content for your personal non-commercial use only provided you keep all notices intact. Any other use including reproduction modification distribution or exploitation requires our prior written permission.

6. Donations & Payments
When you choose to make a contribution or donation via the Site you acknowledge that the contribution is voluntary and you are not receiving any tangible benefit other than the promotion of our campaign goals. Contributions may be subject to applicable campaign financing laws and regulations.

7. Website Access & Changes
We strive to ensure the Site remains available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Site at any time without notice. We may also update these T&C from time to time; your continued use of the Site after an update constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
